河北金宇晟再生资源利用有限公司 坐落于河北省保定市安新县,河北金宇晟再生资源利用有限公司是一家以废旧铅酸蓄电池为原料进行再生铅生产为主业的公司。该项目是新建项目,年处理10万吨废旧铅酸蓄电池,总投资2.5亿元,占地200亩。金宇晟从意大利引进国际一流的CX预处理集成系统,工艺设计合理、自动化水平高、能耗低、环境效益好、分离效果好且回收率高。生产中产生的废液经过废酸综合利用系统进行处理,处理后的废水返回自动分离系统循环使用,不产生工业废水。此项目是国家政策鼓励类的企业,符合国家的可持续性发展目标。项目将提高我国再生铅行业工艺技术水平,并给华北地区废旧蓄电池的综合回收利用起到一个良好的示范作用。
项目计划投产时间为2016年7月。在国内,由于竞争对手在铅熔炼反射炉上已经有纯氧燃烧的成功案例,所以金宇晟提出竞标要求为提供安全可靠的纯氧燃烧系统,节能达到50%以上。
项目难点 在铅熔炼反射上使用纯氧燃烧技术,竞争对手在国内有成功案例,林德还没有;而且在林德刚接触客户的时候,金宇晟几乎已经和竞争对手达成了合作协议。在时间非常有限的情况下,如何在竞争中胜出,发掘林德与客户之间的共赢点,为林德争取机会展示先进的技术和真诚的合作态度,是该项目扭转不利局面的难点。

林德技术团队为该项目建议了无焰纯氧燃烧的技术方案,为窑炉内提供均匀的温度分布确保产品质量,邀请客户参观林德苏州燃烧实验室,承诺为客户提供一次技术试验。这些行动使客户充分相信林德具备强大的技术力量成功实施该项目。
林德的无焰纯氧燃烧技术,采用99%浓度的氧气取代空气,混合天然气燃烧,完全消除了空气中氮气的负面影响,使燃烧更加高效;同时通过先进的烧枪技术,控制火焰温度分布,使窑炉内的温度分布更均匀。本项目在技术试验中取得了50%的天然气节省、10%的产能提高、50%的碳排放和80%的尾气排放降低。金宇晟对林德的技术服务非常满意,于2016年1月31日和林德签订了为期5年的液体合同,根据合同林德每月为金宇晟提供400-1000吨的液氧。
Hebei Jinyusheng Non-ferrous Metal Smelting Co., Ltd. Based in Anxin County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, Hebei Jinyusheng Non-ferrous Metal Smelting Co., Ltd. is specialized in recycling lead from waste and used lead-acid batteries. The newly built project was funded by a total investment of RMB 250 million yuan and occupies an area of 200 mu, boosting an annual processing capacity of 100,000 tons of waste and used lead-acid batteries. The world-leading CX pre-treatment integration system the Company imported from Italy features a wide range of advantages, including logical process design, high-level automation, reduced energy consumption, substantial environmental benefits, excellent separation and high recycling rates. Fluid waste generated during production is first processed by the integrated waste acid utilization system before being sent to the automated separation system for reuse, with no industrial waste water generated during the entire process. This project, being one of those encouraged by the state policy, is the Company’s answer to the state\'s call for sustainable development. The project will advance the technological levels of China’s recycled lead industry, and serves as an example for comprehensive recycling and utilization of waste and used batteries in North China.
The project is scheduled to start operation in July 2016. As our competitors have already succeeded in oxyfuel combustion in lead smelting reverberatory in China, Jinyusheng demanded a solution to provide safe and reliable oxyfuel combustion systems that saves up to 50% energy.
The challenges Linde did not have any proven experience in oxyfuel combustion for lead smelting reverberatory in China, which was an advantage of its competitors at the time. Besides, the moment Linde approached the customer, Jinyusheng was very close to signing an agreement with one of the competitors. How can we outperform the competition with such limited time? How can we identify grounds of common interests between us and the customer? How can we win a fighting chance to show our technological strengths and sincere attitude? The right answer is the key leading us to win.
Linde solutions
Linde Tianjin sales team, Application Sales Engineer (ASE) team, and R D team closely cooperated and fully supported the project bidding together. This convinced Jinyusheng that Linde is working as one team, and can be relied on for great implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the project.
Linde\'s technical team proposed the low temperature oxyfuel combustion solutions for the project, which led to uniform temperature distribution in furnace to guarantee product quality. We later invited customers to visit Linde combustion lab in Suzhou, and promised to conduct a technical test for the project. These initiatives further assured customers of Linde\'s technical strength essential for successful project implementation.
Linde‘s low temperature oxyfuel combustion technology uses oxygen with a 99% concentration rather than air to mix with natural gas for combustion, fully eliminating the undesired effect of nitrogen in the air and contributing to more effective combustion; meanwhile, we were able to control flame temperature distribution with the advanced burning lance technology, allowing more uniformly distributed temperature inside the furnace. In the technical test, we saw a 50% decrease in natural gas consumption, a 10% increase in output, a 50% decrease in carbon emission, and a drastic 80% decrease in tail gas emission. Being satisfied with Linde\'s technical service, Jinyusheng signed a 5-year liquid supply contract with Linde on 31st January 2016, under which Linde is expected to provide Jinyusheng with 400~1,000 tons of liquid oxygen every month.
